Job Description

Disease affects everyone, but not always in the same way. That's why we believe that inclusivity matters. Improving medicines and access to healthcare starts with listening to people and perspectives from across society and across Novartis. By taking on board one another’s views, and by understanding the needs of the patients and communities we serve, we can create better and more equitable outcomes for everyone.

We believe in the power of diversity. You'll find it across our teams – from experienced professionals to brand new starters. We’re keen to ensure everybody has an equal opportunity to make an impact, and that it’s dedication and performance that get you ahead. We take ownership of challenges and projects. We know we can count on our colleagues to champion, support and encourage us to do our best work.

You’ll be recognized for your achievements, cared for as a human being and valued for who you are - because we know we’re at our best when we’re looked after as people, as well as professionals. That’s why we provide competitive pay, incentives* and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans and generous parental leave. We are committed to take care of your mental health and wellbeing and support you in maintaining a work-life balance that works for you. That's why there are opportunities for you to be flexible about when and where you work.

Together, we are reimagining medicine. Join us in extending and improving people’s lives.

"You are applying to be part of the Novartis Talent Community.

By joining our Talent Community, you may be considered for future opportunities that match your skills, experience, and aspirations.
