Delivering the product that addresses customer needs and contributes to the goals of the organization. Core responsibilities: 1. Close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand the current pain points and gap in contracting and offer development processes and partner with IT to select the right technology product for resolution2. Gather customer requirements to map the product vision and scope 3. Translate the product vision into product backlog 4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver the right value at the right time 5. Lead the Japan P&C Agile Pod to ensure the Agile pod focuses on what truly drives business impact — balancing stakeholder needs, strategic goals, and user insights. 6. Manage the end-to-end product life cycle. (transformation, grow, run)7.
