This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong janitorial and maintenance background who is ready for <b>career growth into a Janitorial Senior Supervisor role</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Work On</b></p><div><ul><li><p>Supervise janitorial operations across multiple sites, leading teams of <b>4–25 employees</b> per location.</p></li><li><p>Manage contract janitorial services and ensure adherence to <b>regulatory and GDP requirements</b>.</p></li><li><p>Perform and oversee <b>basic repairs, maintenance, and service of machines and auxiliary equipment</b>.</p></li><li><p>Conduct routine checks to maintain equipment in optimal working condition.</p></li><li><p>Ensure <b>cleaning quality documentation and process audits</b> are completed accurately.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with senior leadership to address operational concerns and drive continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Travel between sites as needed, with primary responsibility at Plymouth and dotted-line oversight of other facilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Schedule:</b> Days, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flex) | Occasional weekend on-call</p><p><b>Dress Code:</b> Steel-toe shoes (clip-on options available), safety glasses, gloves, and gowning provided.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><div><ul><li><p><b>High School Diploma (Required)</b>; additional technical or supervisory experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong background in <b>industrial/manufacturing/cleanroom janitorial operations</b>.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to <b>manage large teams and multiple sites</b> effectively.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <b>regulatory compliance and documentation standards</b>.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What We Offer</span></b></p><p>At Abbott, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career.
