<p><i>ITS Infrastructure Expert</i></p><ul><li><i>Location:</i> <i>Lüleburgaz</i></li></ul><p></p><p><i>About the job</i></p><p></p><p>The ITS team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth business and ITS operations and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and partners. We&#39;re a collaborative team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting our companies’ mission.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Working with virtualization technologies and products (VMware, Hyper-V)</li><li>Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux operating systems and Citrix farms</li><li>Installation, configuration, managing and troubleshooting of Databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)</li><li>Management of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server, and IIS services</li><li>Administration of Microsoft Office 365 services, particularly Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams</li><li>Software deployment and client management using SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)</li><li>Update management and patch process tracking with WSUS</li><li>Management of backup infrastructure using HP Data Protector &amp; Replication and HPE StoreOnce</li><li>Basic scripting and automation support, primarily with PowerShell</li><li>Active Directory and Exchange account management (groups, mailboxes, permissions)</li><li>Server patch management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring</li><li>Planning and execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios</li><li>Assisting infrastructure projects and GxP change, documentation processes, and SOP regulations</li><li>Tracking IT assets such as licenses, warranties, and maintenance contracts</li><li>Providing technical support for audit and internal control processes</li><li>Following up KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high productivity</li><li>alarm and alert management for systems (integration with monitoring tools)</li></ul><p></p><p><i>About you </i></p><p></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Significant experience in industrial ITS environment</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft skills:</b></p><ul><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical skills:</b></p><ul><li>Expertise on Server &amp; Storage Infrastructure</li><li>Expertise on Operating Systems</li><li>Expertise on Active Directory, Mailbox Management</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Languages:</b></p><ul><li>Fluency in Turkish and advanced English skills</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i>Why choose us?</i></p><ul><li>Shape the future of medicine and vaccine delivery with cutting-edge technology, ensuring seamless launches and a resilient global supply.</li><li>Be part of an organization that invests in people, technology, and sustainability, leading the industry in low-carbon manufacturing and digital transformation.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-EUR</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
