Powered by a culture of continuous improvement, global talent and innovation, the Company’s extensive range of products, services and integrated technologies fuels active lifestyles in orthopedics and beyond. For more information about Enovis, please visit<a target="_blank" href="https://enovis.com/"><span style="color:#0000ff"><u> www.enovis.com</u></span></a>.</p><p><b>Quelles seront tes responsabilités ? | What you&#39;ll do ?</b></p><p>Due to a temporary increase in workload, we are seeking an <b>IT Technician/Team Lead</b> for a <b>12-</b><b>month fixed-term contract</b>.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Provide technical support to internal users:</b></p><ul><li><p>Configure backup and restore systems for client computers</p></li><li><p>Use client management tools</p></li><li><p>Manage remote access tools</p></li><li><p>Administer Windows Server and/or Linux environments</p></li><li><p>Handle IT Helpdesk calls/requests, monitor, process, and follow up on tickets</p></li><li><p>Provide technical and system support on-site or remotely, including phone support</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, particularly those related to business applications</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Contribute to a global IT support organization:</b></p><ul><li><p>Work within a global support structure aligned to a regional model</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with both local and international teams, in close collaboration with the Service Desk team, to ensure service continuity and quality</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Provide on-site network infrastructure support:</b></p><ul><li><p>Intervene locally on network hardware and coordinate with infrastructure teams during incidents or outages</p></li><li><p>Configure network devices such as printers, scanners, and access points</p></li><li><p>Install and configure antivirus software</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Follow ITIL processes using ITNow:</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage incidents, requests, and IT assets in line with ITIL best practices</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Manage organization, documentation, and technical knowledge:</b></p><ul><li><p>Plan and prioritize daily tasks effectively</p></li><li><p>Document all interventions in the appropriate tools</p></li><li><p>Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, procedures, and user guides</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Profile :</b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in IT or a related field</p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of experience in a similar role</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (C1 level)</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent listening and communication abilities</p></li><li><p>Ability to interact with a wide range of international stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Flexibility, willingness to learn new technologies independently, proactive problem-solving mindset</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams</p></li><li><p>Experience with ticketing and asset management systems such as ITNow, NinjaOne, SysAid, GLPI, or similar</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in PowerShell scripting</p></li><li><p>Understanding of networking fundamentals, including physical infrastructure and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP)</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware)</p></li><li><p>Microsoft, Networking (CCNA), or similar certifications are considered a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Start date:</b> ASAP<br /><b>Location:</b> Mouguerre, France</p><p></p><p><b>Déclaration sur l’égalité des chances</b></p><p>En conformité avec la législation française, Chez Enovis, nous nous engageons à offrir des chances égales à tous en matière d&#39;emploi.
