IT Systems and Solution Architect* – R&D

Your mission is to design, implement, and evolve a unified technology framework that supports our life-saving research and production. You don't just manage systems; you architect the flow of data across scientific business applications (e.g. RIM, QMS, Laboratory Systems) while ensuring the underlying infrastructure is resilient, secure, and compliant with global biotech standards.<br><br><span style="color:rgb(41,105,176);">Responsibilities</span><br></span></div><ul><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;text-align:left;"><strong>Strategic Blueprinting:</strong> Design and maintain the enterprise-wide IT architecture, ensuring all new business applications integrate seamlessly into our existing stack.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;text-align:left;"><strong>Vendor &amp; Project Management:</strong> Manage relationships with external MSPs and software vendors, ensuring high service levels and cost-efficiency.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;text-align:left;"><strong>Application Architecture: </strong>Lead the end-to-end implementation of core solutions (e.g., Veeva QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, LIMS, eTMF, Serialization, etc.), focusing on data flow, scalability, and long-term maintainability.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;text-align:left;"><strong>Compliance Governance:</strong> Act as the technical authority for GxP/CSV (Computer System Validation). Ensure that every architectural decision adheres to 21 CFR Part 11 and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;text-align:left;"><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong> Serve as a bridge between scientific stakeholders and external vendors, translating complex business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:18px;text-align:left;"><strong>Security &amp; Resilience:</strong> Design advanced security frameworks to protect intellectual property and ensure business continuity across all systems.</li></ul>
