If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><b>Job Summary -</b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Performs the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems.</li><li>Configure cellular phones for end users to meet corporate specifications</li><li>Assists in determining suitable software to meet user requirements.</li><li>Manage required supplies for printers (not to include paper).</li><li>Install software, patches, and updates on desktops, laptops.</li><li>Keep accurate tracking of all assets supported by Deskside.</li><li>Maintains PC assets in both a physical and logical manner and maintain its accurate tracking.</li><li>Provide 1st line technical support for end-user’s computers hardware and software, printers, and its network connectivity.</li><li>Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) end-user’s computers.</li><li>Assist Network Administrator/Analyst to troubleshoot end-users’ network-related issues.</li><li>Interacts with vendors to facilitate repairs of hardware, i.e., printers, laptops, and desktops.</li><li>Performs image builds for use on all desktop and laptops.</li></ul><p><br /><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>An associate degree is preferred or equivalent experience and training.</li><li>Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of PC architecture.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.</li><li>Working knowledge of Active Directory, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.</li><li>Advance knowledge of imaging processes used for deployment of PCs in standard environments.</li><li>Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer a plus.</li><li>May have multi-functional impact; has influence on different programs or areas.
