We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we&#39;re committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Key Accountabilities:</p><ul><li>Work on the IT tickets raised by business related to the applications.</li><li>Understanding the business functionality of the applications that are beign supported.</li><li>Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools.</li><li> Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.</li><li> Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.</li><li> Collaborate with other IT Team members.</li><li> Document technical issues and solutions.</li><li> Provide on-call support as needed.</li><li> Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.</li></ul><p>Requirements </p><ul><li> Bachelor&#39;s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li> Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support.</li><li> Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li> Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li> Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li> Strong attention to detail.</li><li> Willingness to provide on-call support.</li><li> Experience in SQL queries.</li></ul>
