Day-to-day work:
We are looking for someone who will play a key role in ensuring a reliable IT environment for our employees. You will join a small IT support team and work closely with an existing IT support colleague. The role reports to the Head of IT. You will manage and prioritize IT support requests, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and participate in IT improvement projects. The role also involves providing technical support and training to users, as well as collaborating with external suppliers when needed.
Who are you?
We believe that someone with consulting experience would be particularly well suited to this role, as you are accustomed to working in different environments and quickly adapting to new systems and processes. You can explain IT in a way that people understand, making you service-minded and skilled at guiding others. You have at least five years of experience in IT support or helpdesk work and are familiar with ticketing systems. You have solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Azure/AD, as well as basic networking knowledge. You are structured, self-motivated, analytical, and solution oriented. In addition, you have a basic understanding of IT security and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred qualifications:
· Post-secondary education in IT, such as a vocational higher education diploma or university degree.
· Knowledge of Active Directory and user administration.
· Experience with MDM solutions for portable devices.
· Previous experience in systems administration or IT management.
· Ability to manage stress and work under time pressure.
Location and working hours:
The position is based in Stockholm, and working hours are during regular office hours, 08:00–17:00.
