The IT Business Analyst Intern acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. This role focuses on clarifying business requirements, ensuring seamless communication across project teams, and maintaining high-quality project documentation. It is an ideal position for someone looking to gain experience and build a career in Project Management or Business Analysis within a fast-paced IT environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Support the elicitation of business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications.
Documentation: especially for Business Requirement Documents (BRD), also support technical proposals and user manuals
Communication: align with Business stakeholders and coordinate with various Project Managers to ensure alignment on project goals and resource allocation.
Project Tracking: Update project status, maintain issue logs, and ensure all stakeholders have the latest information regarding delivery timelines.
Reporting: Assist in generating presentations and proposals for management review and project delivery.
3. Qualifications Required
Education: currently enrolled in master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Writing Skills: Strong command of English with the ability to write structured, professional, and concise documents.
Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with flow-charting tools or Power Apps is a plus.
Foundation: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle or Project Management methodologies.
