As a Business Analyst III, you&#39;ll contribute to bridging business needs with technology solutions to enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Partner with stakeholders across our global organization to analyze processes, gather requirements, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.<br /><br />You&#39;ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects. Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation, while building strong relationships with business partners and technical teams.<br /><br />REQUIREMENTS:<br />• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor&#39;s Degree plus 5 years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects<br />• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field<br />• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CSPO, SAFe)<br />• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping<br />• Proven experience implementing/ working closely with enterprise systems and applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, E1, OCPLM, TrackWise)<br />• Experience with data analysis, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI<br />• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage initiatives<br />• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders<br />• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities<br />• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)<br />• Ability to build consensus across organizational boundaries<br />• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading workshops and meetings<br />• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a results-oriented environment<br />• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences<br />• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)<br />• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $75,800.00–$100,000.00.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
