The SPC is a member of the </span><span>SAFe</span><span> Enablement team that </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> delivering accelerators across biotechnology product teams, driving a culture of continuous innovation across the enterprise, and enabling effective Agile governance and measurement.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>This role involves collaboration with various Amgen product and platform teams to enhance value delivery and productivity. The SPC will </span><span>participate</span><span> with the organization’s Communities of Practice to continuously improve standards, processes and automation enablers that accelerate staff and team </span><span>SAFe</span><span> maturity and overall business agility.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Enablement and Training: provide training and enablement sessions to teams, leaders, and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and guide organizations in understanding and applying </span><span>SAFe</span><span> principles, practices, and processes effectively.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Coaching and Mentoring: coach and mentor Agile teams and leaders on </span><span>SAFe</span><span> implementation. Provide guidance on Agile practices, events, and help teams and leaders refine their understanding and application of </span><span>SAFe</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Transformation Planning and Execution: </span><span>Participate</span><span> in planning and executing </span><span>SAFe</span><span> transformations within organizations. Assess current states of Agile maturity, </span><span>identify</span><span> areas for improvement, and guide the organization in aligning with </span><span>SAFe</span><span> principles and practices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. As a member of a </span><span>SAFe</span><span> enablement team, develop accelerators that help staff and team with </span><span>SAFe</span><span> maturity, </span><span>establish</span><span> effective Agile decision-making processes, promote the use of Agile metrics and measurement, and drive organizational change towards a more Agile and Lean mindset.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Change Agent: Act as a change agent, promoting the benefits of </span><span>SAFe</span><span> and driving organizational transformation.
