ICLL is responsible for site contracting (CSA, CRC) cost effectiveness, contract integrity, and site financial governance:

• Standard site contracting process (CSA / CRC / ICD review & execution) 
• Site budget development aligned with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles 
• Basic legal/cost negotiation with sites
• Alignment with client SOP / legal templates

Coordination with CTM / Legal / study team

Minimal/Must-have Requirement

1. Legal Background

2. Prefer MS Degree

3. At least >3 years Clinical Trial Site Contracting Experience

4. Excellent Communication skill, Writing and PPT
