Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of internal promotion, we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an </span><b><span>Lead Inventory Coordinator in</span></b> <b><span>USA, Fontana Ca. </span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Warehouse Manager</span></b><span>, the <b>Lead Inventory Coordinator </b></span>is responsible for overseeing the inventory process and leading a team of employees in completing assigned tasks within the manufacturing plant.</p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li>Oversees the work of assigned team employees.</li><li>Assists with training new department personnel.</li></ul><ul><li>Assists team members with technical issues or problems with given assignments.</li><li>Request SKU creation, SKU updates, SKU edits, and SKU deactivation/reactivation for items within the ERP System.</li></ul><ul><li>Run reports in the ERP System to identify and resolve open and past due orders and pick lists.</li><li>Identify any material issues to minimize any disruptions in getting stock transfer orders complete .</li><li>Handle all damaged material and items; turn information over to receiving department for RMA process.</li><li>Oversee KPI’s for the department.</li><li>Complete audits for department on various transactions including Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Cycle Counts, and Pick Lists.</li><li>Make suggestions for improvement to inventory processes; update work instructions as needed</li><li>Accurately pull and stage material for manufacturing jobs according to bill of materials and work orders, as needed.</li><li>Conduct physical inventory counts and verify quantities to maintain proper stock levels; document and adjust discrepancies within ERP system, as needed.</li><li>Complete other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>At least 4 years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related field.</li><li>Prior experience in effectively leading a team of employees preferred.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them, when appropriate.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented skills.</li><li>Solid organizational and time management skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What the physical requirements are</b>:</p><ul><li>Periods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk using a computer</li><li>Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds at a time.</li><li>Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span>#LI-GB1</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>What you'll receive for the great work you provide:</b></p><ul><li>Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Short-term and Long-term Disability</li><li>Matching 401(k) Contributions</li><li>Vacation and Paid Sick Time</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Pay Range (Applicable to California)<h3></h3><h3></h3>$20.95 USD - $28.28 USD Hourly<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Global Procurement & Supply Chain<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Is Sponsorship Available?</p>No<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Crown is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
