Internship – Translational Sciences

Description
Provide laboratory support for scientists working in Translational Sciences at EvolveImmune, which includes general laboratory practices (making buffers, cell culture), molecular biology (isolating DNA/RNA, cloning, PCR), biochemistry (protein gels, western blots, ELISA), and cell engineering (overexpression or knockout and their validation). Work with a mentor within the Translational Sciences group at EvolveImmune to learn all necessary laboratory procedures and carry them out efficiently. Keep detailed records of experiments in electronic notebooks, analyze data and present/discuss results with team members.
Requirements
As of Fall, 2026, enrolled in a Master’s degree program or in your final/ senior year of an undergraduate B.A./ B.S. program. The program must be in a science discipline. Must be able to work onsite at our Branford, CT location for scheduled internship hours. Ability to follow directions, effectively manage time, keep clear records, and pay attention to details. Prefer experience in general laboratory skills.
