Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our program management team as a part-time intern (approximately 15 hours per week). This position is designed to fit alongside academic commitments and offers hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will do:

Prepare, fine tune and finalize contracts with our customers based on the information provided by Program Managers or Project Team Members.
Compile contract data from Master Data, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail. Refine draft contracts in strong collaboration with the Project Team Members.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and documentation using Microsoft List and Power BI.
Provide general administrative and project support to the team.

What we are looking for:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks alongside studies
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
