The Mission

The Position
The Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical application support to the business user community. They partner with both the business and the development team to design, develop, test, document and implement required technological and operational solutions to meet business requirements. Other responsibilities include owning set-ups, configuration, rules and other key components of specified modules.
Specific deliverables associated with this position include:
Provides functional and technical support for business applications (QAD ERP).
Collaborates proactively with the user community and development team to gather requirements, design solutions, and document processes.
Offers real-time assistance for user errors, questions, and issues.
Supports process improvements, business projects, and system modifications driven by organizational changes.
Conducts analysis and develops queries, reports, and interfaces.
Maintains application setups, configurations, rules, and related documentation.
Engages in meetings involving multiple functions and may take charge of small to medium projects.
Engages in testing cycles, including SIT and UAT sessions. Prepares use cases, test scenarios, scripts, and stories.
The Requirements
This position is ideal for university students who are interested in developing their technical skills through on-the-job experiences working in a corporate environment and supporting a global application.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Experience with programming languages (such as Python, .NET, C# )
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
Basic knowledge about ERP applications
Ability to effectively present pros and cons of solution alternatives to the business users to facilitate good decision making
Utilizes written and verbal communication skills (EN and CZ/SK)
Additional Experience – not mandatory
Experience with application support tools, processes, workflows and reports
Experience with or knowledge of the (SDLC) Software Development Lifecycles for Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
