We are looking for a graduating student or master student searching for a challenging and fulfilling internship in our innovative company.

This is an internship within the Process & Support Operations group at our company in the greater Lucerne area. This position requires full-time physical presence at the site to support manufacturing and to enable optimal integration into an existing team.

As a member of the growing manufacturing team at our company, you will be responsible for supporting various activities related to the implementation and GMP manufacturing of early-phase clinical therapies.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the local study team in operational management of multinational projects in Switzerland

• Supporting administrative tasks

• Data entry and maintenance of databases

• Learn and follow GMP/EHS standards

• Support Weighing & Dispense/Solution preparation or/and Upstream/Downstream operations under supervision, assist with sampling

• Assist with documentation and collecting info for deviations or changes

• Help with continuous improvement tasks and non‑GMP test runs

• Support material handling and gain exposure to SAP

Your Competencies:

• Student of Bachelor/Master’s degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related discipline

• Well-organised, structured and independent way of working

• Commitment, motivation and creativity

• Willgness to travel within Switzerland if required

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)

• Strong written and verbal German and English skills
