The team provides timely, accurate and decision-relevant information to support the Head of Group Controlling and Accounting, Head of Strategic Finance, Pharma CFO and ultimately the CEO, the Corporate Executive Committee and the Board of Directors in value creation and financial performance management. In addition, it provides timely, accurate and decision-relevant information and analysis of actual and planned financial performance of the Pharmaceutical Division management units.
The Enterprise Center of Excellence (eCoE) focuses on three areas: delivering a high-level of financial expertise, innovative insights, and an entrepreneurial mindset that enables agility and flexibility for stakeholders.
This role involves preparing presentations for the Pharma Leadership Team and Pharma Finance Leadership Team, alongside supporting the compilation of critical management reports for the Corporate Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and other key decision-makers. You will also assist in analyzing the performance of the Roche Pharma Division, generating valuable insights, and contributing to various ad-hoc financial projects, ensuring all reports are updated and continuously enhanced. Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of evidence and supporting documents to back-up the reported financial results.
You are currently enrolled at University studying Finance / Economics or a similar degree, or you completed your degree within the past 12 months prior to the start date.

Exceptional Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Possess strong analytical skills, quick perception, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This includes advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA is a plus) and PowerPoint, as well as Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Adaptability and Resilience: Demonstrate an accurate working style and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and within tight timelines, coupled with an open-minded and flexible attitude.
Strong Communication and Language Skills: Exhibit excellent command of English, enabling clear and effective communication within a global environment.
High Motivation and Continuous Learning Mindset: Show outstanding motivation and a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop, reflecting a genuine interest in Finance.
Proactive and Improvement-Oriented Approach: A growth mindset with a passion for improving the status quo is highly valued, as are IT skills for introducing automation.
