Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: English

Other requirements: Knowledge of supply chain is a plus; good skill in SQL is required.

Expected start date: From September 2026

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Work arrangements: Hybrid

Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: According to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?

As GenAI Data Analyst intern, you will support the development and optimization of GenAI agents by gathering and structuring business questions, maintaining version control, and supporting model training and evaluation. The goal is to ensure that GenAI agents deliver clear, accurate, and actionable responses for business decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, learning agility, and the ability to work effectively in a global, multi‑stakeholder environment where digital and data‑driven approaches are central to operations.

• Collect, structure, and curate business questions for GenAI model training.

• Maintain version logs and documentation for prompts, datasets, and agent improvements.

• Support the training, testing, and evaluation of GenAI agents to ensure high-quality and reliable outputs.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve agent relevance and performance.

What are we looking for?

• Understanding of SQL and basic to intermediate Python, with the ability to apply them to data extraction, transformation, and quality checks.

• Hands-on experience with BI or analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), with an interest in prompt design, GenAI tools, or agent behavior evaluation.

• Understanding of data modeling, data orchestration, and data pipelines, with awareness of data quality and metadata principles.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
