Job title:
Resource Planners create medium to long term planning and schedules for all operational service resources whilst making decisions to communicate and deliver service.
Your role:
• You will handle exception management, and balance continuously conflicting demands in the area of business obligations, resource availabilities and customer demand.
• You will support scheduling of Field Resources and dealing service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers. You will take part in planning maintenance activities, new installations, incidents resolutions between our customers, medical services providers, and Service Engineers and Managers. You will check parts that are required for planned onsite work and order them.
• You will learn to work with our internal systems and with variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• It will be a 12-month, remunerated internship.
You're the right fit if:
1. You are a recent graduate or currently enrolled as a student, pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
2. You are proactive, communicative, optimistic and you like to work in a team. You have problem-solving mindset.
3. You speak fluent Portuguese and you have at least a good level of English. Spanish knowledge would be considered a plus.
4. You can work with MS Office suite, and you have very good skills in Excel.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
