The intern will collaborate with various teams and functions to produce communication materials, manage internal stakeholders, and contribute to highpriority projects that advance advocacy planning. </div><div>You will be involved in: </div><div><ul><li>Leading the development and production of engaging and fresh communications tactics </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Developing ongoing communication campaign and assets, including but not limited to slides, briefing documents, and visual/video assets </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Producing and writing high-quality and engaging stories for broad internal audiences </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Organising and supporting key internal events within GSK </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Using analytics and tools to advise and inform social media engagement/content plans, and understand the performance of communications tactics executed </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Managing event calendar for internal events </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Writing clear, business-focused briefing notes or reports on GSK’s policy landscape for a senior leader audience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitoring the external environment for insights and news that is relevant for the business </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Analysing employee engagement data and data analytics to create response plans </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Supporting in advocacy planning for priority products </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Engaging with stakeholders within GSK </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>What will you learn? </div><div><ul><li>Learn about stakeholder management and project management </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Understand how internal/external communications and government affairs support businesses </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Learn about the different businesses and regions in GSK, and how they all come together </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Own your work. Develop and execute end-to-end communication plans </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>What are we looking for? </div><div><ul><li>Has strong communication skills, preferably with an educational background in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Political Science or related fields. Will consider those with a different formal education background but with strong interest and passion for communications/government affairs </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Has excellent command of written and verbal English.
