Job Purpose:
Support the Business Services team in delivering internal events and culture-building initiatives.
Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of internal events (let’s connect, team activities, celebrations).
Coordinate logistics such as venue, materials, vendors, invitations, and on-site support.
Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and communication materials.
Culture & Employee Engagement
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
Support organization of team-building activities and internal campaigns.
Help gather feedback and ideas to improve workplace experience.
Administrative Support
Assist with general administrative tasks for the Business Services team.
Maintain documentation, event trackers, and internal calendars.
Support coordination across teams to ensure smooth operation
Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
