The Intern understands the importance of application and product quality and succeeds through dedication, passion, collaboration, technical expertise, and working with a network of authorities within Thermo Fisher Scientific.</p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><h2><b><u>Key responsibilities include:</u></b></h2><ul><li><p>Working in compliance with legislation and IMS</p></li><li><p>Creating and maintaining the content of Final Test based on acquired knowledge and the requirements of Operations Engineering, the factory, and other departments.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support to the factory, to ensure that Thermo Fisher Scientific is capable of shipping quality products on time to its customers</p></li><li><p>Improving processes across departments (production, development, and service)</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><u>Requirements:</u></b></h2><ul><li><p>Actively studying at the university           </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of HTML, basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work in high-tech industry manufacturing environment     </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to plan and resolve issues that involve gaining cooperation of cross-functional, multi-cultural groups and sites without damaging relationships                </p></li><li><p>Must be able to work for extended period in clean room environment</p></li><li><p>Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><u>General deliverables:</u></b></h2><ul><li><p>Support local and global Operations teams in their strategy</p></li><li><p>Ensure close collaboration with the other sites for efficient cross-site partnership</p></li><li><p>Develops and cultivates close relationships within Operations Engineering and with Manufacturing, GTS, PLM, and NPD to adequately staff projects and resolve conflicts</p></li><li><p>Ensure activities are carried out according to the principle of “Customer focus in all that we do”</p></li><li><p>Adhere to work safety, fire safety, hygiene of work, and other regulatory standards.
