Job Description

As a International Mobility Coordinator - maternity cover fixed term (12 months) contract (all genders), you will be responsible for supporting and delivering Rewards programs across Philips, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and international mobility. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, recruiters, and People Function stakeholders, ensuring Rewards practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with Philips’ global Rewards strategy.

Your role will be:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and People Function colleagues on Rewards topics, including compensation, benefits, grading, job evaluations, and international mobility.
• Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business needs, market trends, and Philips’ Rewards strategy.
• Develop expertise in Rewards policies, processes, and governance while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
• Conduct compensation analyses, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and rewards-related reporting while maintaining accurate data and supporting informed decision-making.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize Rewards processes, tools, policies, and programs while supporting standardized ways of working.
• Advise and guide managers, recruiters, and employees on Rewards matters, including salary structures, incentive programs, benefits, and international mobility policies and procedures.

You're the right fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You have knowledge of Rewards processes, including compensation, benefits, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and international mobility programs.
• You have 3–5 years of experience in a multinational environment within Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, HR Operations, or a similar field.
• You demonstrate a proactive mindset, analytical thinking, customer-first approach, and eagerness to continuously learn and develop.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy partnering with people from different cultures, functions, and backgrounds.

Join Philips as a Transportation Management Specialist and help ensure smooth, reliable logistics operations across inbound and outbound transport.

In this hands-on role, you will improve capacity planning, strengthen collaboration with carriers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in service performance.

Your role:

• Monitor transportation capacity and service performance, identifying and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate and track shipments, resolving transportation issues and delays with carriers and suppliers.
• Communicate shipment status and escalations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure high-quality master and transactional data across transportation processes.
• Analyze transportation KPIs and trends to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Support transportation planning for inbound and outbound logistics in alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to logistics projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding of new carriers and transportation routes.
• Guide and coach team members on transportation processes, systems, and best practices.

You're the right fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• You understand international transportation processes, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have experience with SAP, TMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• You can work effectively in a global and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• You communicate fluently in English.            

            
Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is PLN 142,710.00 – PLN 236,430.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive, with your rewards linked to company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
