Insulet&#39;s Delivery Systems business also partners with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to tailor the OmniPod technology platform for the delivery of subcutaneous drugs across multiple therapeutic areas.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">To learn and explore Supply Chain / Planning field through task assignment &amp; communication methodology.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">To learn and understand SAP system functions in Supply Chain &amp; evaluate material requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Participate in the procurement of materials for manufacturing and shipping.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Assist in schedule &amp; receive shipments of direct &amp; indirect items.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Develop and maintain relationships with production, supplier quality, logistics and other departments to ensure adequate supply of material.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Support the logistics team to improve data accuracy and prevent fulfillment delays</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Assist in resolving issues related to supply chain, including delays, discrepancies in inventory, or problems with suppliers.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor/ coach.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span style="font-size:14px">Participate in process improvement projects and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Uphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality and HSE policy.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Perform other duties as required.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Education and Experience:</b></span></p><p><span><b>Minimum Requirements: </b><span style="font-size:14px">Final year candidate in Bachelor Degree of Supply Chain Management or related field.</span><span></span></span></p><p><span><b>Preferred Skills and Competencies:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">Multi-language fluency preferred (English, Malay, Mandarin)</span></p><p></p>
