Our continued success depends on it!</p></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Task include reviewing the documents from our CM supplier’s documents and convert to local (Insulet Malaysia) SOP format.</p></li><li><p>Check the documents to ensure they are meeting local processes flow.</p></li><li><p>Some knowledge in Manufacturing Operation and understanding of Omnipod process.</p></li><li><p>Scorecard production line efficiency, scrap, and downtime performance</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Provide daily update to supervisor/coach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor/ coach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>To learn and explore in communication methodology and through task assignments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to be independent and self-motivated.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor data collection systems and trend data</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze large amounts of data to present clear, actionable information to the team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze and improve current business process to improve business efficiency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Interact with cross functional teams to lead long term process improvement and implementation projects</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Uphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality and HSE policy.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a cGMP compliant environment and operate within FDA guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as required.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><span><b>Education and Experience:</b></span></p><p><span><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></span></p><p><span></span></p><ul><li><p>Enrolled as BS or MS candidate in engineering course or at least final year in engineering course or similar field</p><ul><li><p>MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and data analytics tools</p></li><li><p>Only for Malaysian students</p></li></ul></li><li><p><span><b> </b></span></p><p><span><b>Preferred Skills and Competencies:</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office</p></li><li><p>Data Analysis: Minitab, JMP, Excel</p></li><li><p>CAD: Solidworks, AutoCAD</p></li><li><p>Multi-language fluency preferred (English, Malay, Mandarin)</p></li></ul></li></ul>
