We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Bedford </span><span class="fontstyle0">facility. This is a critical support role for our maintenance team. If you are someone who loves to </span><span class="fontstyle0">stay organized, enjoys helping others succeed, and has a high level of personal integrity, we want </span><span class="fontstyle0">to invest in your growth.</span> </p> <p> </p> <h3 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Work Model: </strong></h3> <p style="text-align: left;">Core Lab & Ops: This role typically requires that the majority of the work be conducted on-site and thus will be subject to certain on-site safety protocols during the pandemic.</p> <h3 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <p> </p> <p><span class="fontstyle0"> In this role, you will be the "nerve center" for our maintenance department, ensuring that every </span><span class="fontstyle0">bolt turned and inspection completed is documented correctly. Your main tasks will include:</span></p> <ul> <li><span class="fontstyle0"><span class="fontstyle3">CMMS Management: </span>Accurate recording and documentation of the team’s daily </span>maintenance activities in our Computerized Maintenance Management System.</li> <li>Vendor Liaison: Tracking sub-contractor and vendor documentation. You will proactively reach out to suppliers to ensure all paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.</li> <li>Operational Support: Identifying ways to "clear the path" for our technicians so they can focus on their technical work.</li> <li>Compliance & Integrity: Maintaining precise records that meet our strict regulatory standards. Doing the job right—even when no one is looking—is our top priority.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span class="fontstyle0">Eager to Learn: </span><span class="fontstyle2">You have a H.S. Diploma or equivalent and a genuine desire to develop </span>professional skills in a technical industry.</li> <li>A Self-Starter: <span class="fontstyle2">You don’t wait to be told what to do next.
