This is an amazing opportunity to provide operational support to sales and engineering teams in the United States and Canada.

Your role:

• Support the registration automation process in the Base Installation management system.

• Monitor automated processes through exception reporting to ensure timely and complete record creation.

• Maintain existing records in accordance with change requests have been executed completely and accurately.

• Conduct a data review, including providing data for field audits and reintegrate the results of field audits into the maintenance process.​

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired +3 years of experience in  customer service, back-office, planning or an equivalent mix of professional experience

• Technical knowledge in programs such as Excel and Salesforce (ServicesMax)

• You have a degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

• You have intermediate English (verbal and written)

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
