Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.</span></span></h2></li><li><h2><span><span>Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Maintain Salesforce CRM records for all client interactions.</span></span></h2></li><li><h2><span><span>Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.</span></span></h2></li></ul><ul><li><h2><span><span><span>Work closely with Business Development Directors to support EMEA pipeline development.</span></span></span></h2></li></ul><ul><li><h2><span><span>Share market intelligence, and assist in transitioning accounts from prospecting to active management.</span></span></h2></li></ul><ul><li><h2><span><span>Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account activities in Salesforce CRM.
