entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion. </b></p><p><i><span>Rattaché à la <span>BU </span>Opérations, <span>au sein d</span>u site de production de Cahors et <span>sous la</span> <span>responsabilité du </span>Directeur du site, <b>vous aurez en charge le pilotage de projets et chantiers d’améliorations continue sur les thématiques sécurité, qualité et performance.</b></span></i></p><p></p><p><u>Vos missions seront </u>:  </p><ul><li><p><span>Participer à la <b>déclinaison de la roadmap</b> d&#39;amélioration continue </span></p></li><li><p><span>Prendre en charges des <b>projets d&#39;amélioration continue </b>en liaison avec les services sécurité, qualité, production et maintenance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Animer des <b>chantier terrain</b> en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles</span> <span>(5S, SMED, VSM, Gestion autonome, chantiers sécurité..)</span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span>Animer et exploiter les <b>indicateurs de performance</b> (TRS, rendement…)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identifier les <b>écarts de production </b>(qualité, productivité, pertes), proposer des actions correctives et amélioratives et participer à leur mise en place</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prendre en charge la<b> résolution de déviations</b> à caractère récurrent, complexe et/ou transverses en lien avec les fonctions supports (méthodes centrales, AQ/CQ, EDP, achats)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Apporter <b>l&#39;expertise méthodologique et technique</b> aux équipes opérationnelles afin de favoriser l&#39;analyse des dysfonctionnements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Appliquer les <b>procédures du système qualité </b>et les r<b>éférentiels QHSE</b> de son périmètre pour répondre aux exigences</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribuer à l’amélioration de la <b>sécurité et des conditions de travail</b></span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribuer à l’<b>amélioration de la qualité, la fiabilité et la traçabilité </b>du système qualité de son périmètre.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribuer à compétences au service de projets novateurs. </b></p><p><span>Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau<b> bac &#43;5 type école d’ingénieur ou master en génie industriel ou amélioration continue  </b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Niveau d’anglais : Intermédiaire </span></p></li><li><p><span>Solides compétences en Pack Office et particulièrement Excel. </span></p></li><li><p>M<span>aitrise d’un
