Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Your mission</b></b></span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, nous recrutons à Castres (81) au sein de la DSI du Groupe Pierre Fabre (Digital Acceleration Information System), <b>un(e) Ingénieur Infrastructure Microsoft &amp; Sécurité</b> rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Service Manager Cloud &amp; Legacy Infrastructure du pôle Infrastructure de la Direction Technique.</p><p></p><p><b>Le périmètre de l’Ingénieur Infrastructure Microsoft &amp; Sécurité est le suivant</b> :</p><p></p><p>- Les briques d’Infrastructures clés du Système d’Information comme l’Identité (Active Directory et Entra ID), le DNS, le DHCP, les serveurs (hors applications)</p><p></p><p>- Les briques d’Infrastructure de sécurité : Le VPN, la PKI, les règles de Firewall et de proxy, la matrice de Flux, ainsi que la Solution LAPS serveurs</p><p></p><p>Dans un contexte de transformation réseau pour passer à des technologies SASE, certains composants sont amenés à évoluer dans les deux ans à venir</p><p></p><p><b>Les principales missions seront de :</b></p><p></p><p>- Assurer MCO et MCS des Services d’Infrastructures</p><p></p><p>- Assurer MCO et MCS autour des identités Pierre Fabre (AD, Entra ID, IAM)</p><p></p><p>- Assurer la qualité de service, la performance et les Service Level Agreement au travers de services managés par les infogérants</p><p></p><p>- Apporter l’expertise technique lors des incidents &amp; problèmes en relation avec l’Exploitation Pierre Fabre</p><p></p><p>- Assister l’Exploitation dans la gestion des fournisseurs de services</p><p></p><p>- Assurer la sécurité au travers des paramétrages techniques en appliquant les règles édictées par la Sécurité Stratégique</p><p></p><p>- Suivre les projets d’évolution ou d’amélioration continue de son périmètre</p><p></p><p>- Faire la veille technologique et identifier les solutions innovantes</p><p></p><p>- Maintenir les référentiels du périmètre, la documentation et la Qualité au sein de ceux-ci</p><p></p><p>- S’engager dans la réduction de l’empreinte carbone</p><p></p><p>Ce poste est compatible avec du télétravail jusqu’à 2 jours par semaine après la période d’essai.</p><p></p><p>Nous offrons un package rémunération/avantages attractifs : Intéressement, participation, Actionnariat Pierre Fabre avec abondement, Mutuelle santé et prévoyance, 16 RTT en plus des CP, participation transport collectif, CE très attractif…</p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b><u>Formations et expériences</u></b></p><p>Ingénieur Informatique/télécom ou équivalent (Bac &#43; 5 ou expérience)</p><p>Expérience avérée dans l’administration Système et Réseau, de l’écosystème étendu Microsoft</p><p>Une connaissance générale de la Validation Pharmaceutique ou d’un référentiel strict est un plus.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Compétences techniques et transverses</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Maîtrise de l’écosystème Microsoft (Active Directory, Entra ID)</li><li>Maîtrise des composantes d’infrastructure comme la PKI, le DHCP, le DNS</li><li>Maîtrise des procotoles réseau tcp/IP, des technologies de filtrage et firewall/proxy</li><li>Excellentes qualités relationnelles (écoute, communication, négociation, animation…)</li><li>Sens de l’organisation, de l’anticipation et de la cohésion</li><li>Maîtrise de l’anglais</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
