• Manage cutover planning for access deployment activities, including role transport sequencing, user provisioning readiness, emergency access planning, business validation steps, issue escalation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage hypercare support and transition to steady state, ensuring access issues are prioritized, root causes are understood, remediation actions are tracked, and ownership is clearly handed over to operational teams.
• Provide oversight of SoD risks, sensitive access, and mitigation actions during deployment, ensuring risks are visible, appropriately escalated, and managed to support compliant access enablement in regulated environments.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate UAM deployment KPIs and management reporting, including defect volumes, role readiness, cutover completion, provisioning accuracy, open risks, and hypercare stabilization trends.
• Drive continuous improvement of the UAM deployment framework by applying lessons learned from releases to strengthen methodology, controls, templates, deployment efficiency, taxonomy, governance, and the operating model.
