The Opportunity
This position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, supporting our IT / Digital Identity & Access Management function.
As the IAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform for US & Europe region, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). You will contribute to centralizing access lifecycle management, strengthening governance processes, and ensuring compliance through effective monitoring, reporting, and integrations.
What You’ll Work On
Support and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, including onboarding new applications and managing entitlement mappings
Execute and support system integrations (CSV/file-based, API, and database integrations) while collaborating with application and infrastructure teams
Monitor IAM operations, track KPIs, and resolve issues related to task failures, provisioning errors, and aggregations
Perform ServiceNow reporting and analysis, including aging reports for incidents, change requests, and access tickets
Support testing activities, including UAT and regression testing, and maintain clear documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and integration designs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including JML processes, RBAC, provisioning workflows, and access governance
Experience with application integrations (connected and disconnected systems)
Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and ticket management
Experience supporting testing (UAT, regression) and documenting technical processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure AD, Azure PIM and SQL queries
Exposure to access certification processes and compliance frameworks
Experience working in compliance-driven IAM environments
