Hybrid Healthcare Representative (Cebu North/ Tacloban )

<p><span>The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.<br /><br />Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br />• formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives<br />• spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories<br />• develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)<br />• develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs<br />• develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products<br />• monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities<br />• prepare and submit operational/admin reports<br />• perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior<br />• adheres to company values and policies at all times<br /><br />Qualifications Required:<br />• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course<br />• With at least 2 years experience as PHR<br />• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)<br />• Good interpersonal skills<br />• With valid Med Rep PRC<br />• With valid driver&#39;s license</span></p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Sales<p></p><p></p>
