Hybrid Health Representative (Tarlac/ Pangasinan)

<p>The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.</p><p></p><p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives</p></li><li><p>spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories</p></li><li><p>develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)</p></li><li><p>develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs</p></li><li><p>develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products</p></li><li><p>monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities</p></li><li><p>prepare and submit operational/admin reports</p></li><li><p>perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior</p></li><li><p>adheres to company values and policies at all times</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications Required:</p><ul><li><p>College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course</p></li><li><p>With at least 2 years experience as PHR</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</p></li><li><p>Good interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>With valid Med Rep PRC</p></li><li><p>With valid driver&#39;s license</p></li><li><p>Willing to travel and be assigned in North Luzon (Pangasinan/Tarlac)</p></li><li><p>Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines</p></li></ul><p>  <br />#LI-PFE</p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Work Location Assignment:&nbsp;Remote - Field Based<br><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Sales<p></p><p></p>
