<h1></h1><h1><b>Job Summary</b></h1><p></p>Provides recruitment and staffing strategy and support for exempt and non-exempt positions. Acts as a liaison and coach between employees and management to resolve employee relations issues. Interprets and applies Human Resource policies consistently among the workforce. <br><br>Salary Range: $60,966-$85,694 annually<br><br>Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Responsibilities</b></h1><h1></h1><ul><li>Provide employee relations support to local management to include appropriate counseling, guidance, and employment termination when necessary.</li><li>Serve as the daily contact for the local site management and staff to handle employee relations issues, including benefits issues, compensation issues, organizational development or general employment concerns.</li><li>Conduct investigative interviews when employee complaints arise (i.e. sexual harassment or discrimination). Evaluate information gathered and determine the best course of action from a business, ethical and legal compliance standpoint.  Follows through with the most appropriate action and follow up with original complainant.</li><li>Coordinated temporary staffing needs and maintains relationship with appropriate recruiting agencies.</li><li>Manage the recruitment process and costs for all open headcount positions at the local site.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and maintain innovative recruitment strategies</li><li>Attend local job fairs<ul><li>Generate Hire Requisitions as needed.</li><li>Generate internal job posting and manages the response process.</li><li>Post open positions externally with the most appropriate resource.</li><li>Manage the interview process, coordinating interviews with external candidates and internal hiring panel.</li><li>Utilize behavioral interviewing skills to screen potential candidates.</li><li>Advise hiring panel on final job offer decision</li><li>Extend employment offers and process appropriate paperwork for selected candidate</li><li>Conduct new employee orientation, including distribution of new hire paperwork, employee handbooks, and benefits materials to local site staff.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Conducts exit interviews and investigates key issues or concerns.</li><li>Facilitate and support the performance review process semi-annually and annually</li><li>Keep Organizational charts and Job Descriptions updated.</li><li>Plan and execute employee relations events.</li><li>May represent FK at Unemployment Insurance, Workers Compensation and other such hearings.</li><li>Will conduct training programs, develop and deliver presentations.</li><li>Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>3-5 &#43; years of strong HR Generalist experience and a four-year degree are required. </li><li>Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Windows applications and have an understanding of HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and Applicant Tracking systems.</li><li>Must have a solid understanding of labor law and previous recruitment experience. </li></ul><h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><span>Additional Information</span></b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">disability, 401K</span></span></span></span> with company </span><span>contribution</span><span>, and wellness program. </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Fresenius Kabi is an Equal <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">Opportunity/Affirmative</span></span></span></span> Action employer.
