This role has primary responsibility for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and provides secondary support for HRIS operations within Workday.<br><br>This position partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure systems effectively support workforce operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.<br><br>Role Focus<br><br>· Primary focus (approximately 70%): UKG Pro Workforce Management, including configuration, governance, analytics, training, and optimization<br><br>· Secondary focus (approximately 30%): Workday HCM support related to workforce processes, integrations, and cross-system initiatives.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED</b></p><p></p><p>1. Provides advanced functional and technical support for the UKG Pro WFM platform.</p><p>2. Serves as the subject-matter expert for UKG Pro WFM configuration, including scheduling, timekeeping, absence management, and system integrations.</p><p>3. Builds and maintains UKG Pro WFM configuration to ensure alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and operational needs.</p><p>4. Partners with HRIS to support Workday HCM functionality.</p><p>5. Assesses, analyzes, and documents system needs and business requirements.</p><p>6. Develops, implements, and maintains global system standards and governance practices</p><p>7. Designs, builds, and maintains system reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.</p><p>8. Designs and delivers system training for end-users and staff responsible for Level 1–2 support.</p><p>9. Creates and maintains training materials, job aids, and documentation.</p><p>10. Troubleshoots incidents, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions.</p><p>11. Performs configuration, setup, testing, maintenance, and security administration.</p><p>12. Recommends and implements system enhancements and process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.</p><p>13. Supports enterprise-wide initiatives, implementations and cross-functional projects.</p><p>14.
