Legend Biotech is seeking a HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing site in Raritan, NJ. &nbsp;The position reports to the Associate Director, HR Business Partner and work closely with other HR Business Partners to support the Raritan site as a strategic partner to the business. Contract Duration: 6-12 Months Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partners with function heads at the manufacturing site as well as with managers and employees to enable team and individual effectiveness.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Educates leaders around how to use HR policies and processes to build a high performing team.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provides performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Supports leaders in developing strong development plans to grow and retain talents.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drives cross functional discussion to build robust succession planning for key positions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COE’s to develop HR-related solutions, programs and policies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Consult and support business leaders in the development and implementation of strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As part of the corporation-wide HR leadership team, participate in discussion, evaluation and execution of corporation-wide HR initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Other relevant duties assigned by management.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor degree required. Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Master’s degree preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of HR experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is required; experience in Pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of HR legal compliance requirements and understanding of HR programs relative to support of business objectives required.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Expert level experience in employee relations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability and strong influencing skills, decision making, and resilience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, organizational, project management and presentation skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work in a changing environment and help lead others through the phases of change.</li> </ul> #Li-LB1 #Li-Hybrid #Li-Contract<div class="content-conclusion">Please note: These benefits are offered exclusively to permanent full-time employees.
