Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners to drive key business results; provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions</li><li>Partner with business unit managers and directors to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; coach and support leadership on HR projects</li><li>Ensure team communicates effectively with managers in order to execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture</li><li>Implement and deliver solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate</li><li>Drive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategy</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigation</li><li>Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions</li><li>Champion an engaged, high-performing, and compliant work environment; lead complex employee relations matters and escalated disputes</li><li>Maintain broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions</li><li>Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions across talent, compensation, and organizational development</li></ul><p></p><div></div><div></div><p></p><p><b>What You Need</b></p><ul><li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environment (is a must)</li><li>Proven people leadership and direct supervisory experience</li><li>Strong HR background supporting complex, fast-changing organizations</li><li>Experience in change processes in complex systems, partnering with senior leaders and Centers of Excellence</li><li>Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills</li><li>Demonstrated business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build relationships and influence different groups</li><li>Fluency in Polish and English</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><i>Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.</i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
