<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Project Management Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with HR leadership, HR functional teams, and Finance to ensure HR projects delivering on time, within scope, and with accurate cost and operational governance. The role also owns several recurring HR operational processes and communication platforms, serving as a central point of coordination for HR programs, events, and administrative activities.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support end-to-end project management for HR initiatives, including planning, timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support HR functional teams in coordinating project activities to help ensure timely delivery and alignment with overall HR priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with maintaining project documentation, trackers, and action logs for HR programs.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">HR Communications &amp; Engagement</span>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support to facilitate the monthly HR newsletter, coordinating content contributions, timelines, and distribution.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide planning and logistics assistance for HR Global Quarterly Town Halls and U.S. Town Halls, including agenda coordination, speaker scheduling, and follow-up actions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the HR Employee Engagement Committee to support engagement initiatives and programs alongside HR leadership.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Financial &amp; Vendor Administration</span><br>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage HR purchase orders (POs) and vendor-related administrative processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support HR budget management, including monthly reconciliation with Finance, cost tracking, and ensuring accurate cost allocation.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track HR expenses and provide visibility into budget status and variances.</span></li>

</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">HR Operations &amp; Administrative Support</span>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage HR team expense processes, including expense reports and HR credit card administration and usage tracking.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide administrative and operational support for HR leadership, including select executive assistant–type activities as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect organizational changes.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate HR leadership meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and meeting logistics.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage HR share service access and folder organization.</span></li>

<li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, HR operations, or a similar role.</span></li>
<li class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</span></li>
