<p><b>About This Role:</b><br />As the HR Manager for Latin America South (Argentina &amp; Chile), you will play a vital role on our Human Resources team, ensuring the alignment of our global HR programs with business priorities. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and team members to execute core HR programs such as employee surveys, performance management, and talent initiatives. This position is pivotal in offering operational support and field-level insights, working closely with the HR Head LATAM to deliver key HR initiatives. Your role will also involve facilitating organizational change and engagement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration. As a trusted HR resource, you will guide employees and managers on HR matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while supporting HR governance and ethical standards.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and manage the Global HR program calendar, ensuring timely communication and coordinated rollout.</p></li><li><p>Partner with HR team and COEs to execute core HR programs and processes.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with HR Head LATAM on the delivery of key HR initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to strategic workforce and talent planning with tactical input and business insights.</p></li><li><p>Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in HR processes.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate interventions for organizational change and engagement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a trusted HR resource, providing guidance on HR policies and practices.</p></li><li><p>Support HR governance and compliance, adhering to labor laws and internal policies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are:</b><br />You are a strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple HR programs effectively. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build strong partnerships and advise business stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to change. Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
