Flexible hybrid work arrangement
The HR Generalist will provide temporary HR support for a period of six months, with a primary focus on HR processes, employee lifecycle administration, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, HR policies, local regulatory guidance, and support to employees and managers on routine HR matters.
The role will support the delivery and coordination of HR processes by maintaining HR documentation, assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities, supporting benefits administration, preparing reports, supporting audits, tracking process follow-up, and ensuring employees and managers receive clear and timely guidance.
The HR Generalist will also assist the HR team with process follow-up, employee and manager inquiries, policy interpretation, benefits-related coordination, local HR requirements, and the implementation of global HR projects during the temporary assignment.
· Support the implementation and administration of HR processes, policies, benefits, local procedures, and employee guidelines, communications, ensuring activities are completed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with company standards.
· Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, required HR documentation, system updates, employee guidance, and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
· Prepare, update, and maintain HR process guides, trackers, reports, audit documentation, policy documents, benefit summaries, employee-facing materials, and other HR documentation as required.
· Provide timely and accurate support to employees and managers on routine HR questions related to policies, benefits, onboarding, processes, and local requirements, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
· Support HR operational processes by coordinating follow-up actions, documenting process steps, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders as needed.
· Provide support on local HR matters by helping interpret routine policy and regulatory requirements, coordinating documentation, and ensuring appropriate follow-up with employees, managers, and internal HR stakeholders.
· Assist in the administration of benefits-related processes and employee communications, acting as a first point of contact for routine questions and coordinating with the appropriate teams when further review is needed.
· Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments
· Provides practical, employee-centered HR support aligned with company policies, benefits, local requirements, and HR processes
· Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
· Organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
· Strong process coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to organize information, prepare clear HR materials, and communicate effectively with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders
· Manages operational tasks while having the end-to-end (E2E) process in mind
· Delivers first-time quality work
· Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
· Maintains a positive, results-oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork
· Communicates to the team in an open, balanced, and objective manner
· Supports assigned HR processes with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up
1-2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Human Resources generalist or HR operations
· HR process coordination
· Benefits administration
· Onboarding/offboarding coordination
· HR reporting and audits
· Related HR roles
· Supporting employees and managers on HR matters
· Coordinating new hire orientations
· Maintaining HR documentation
· Supporting global HR initiatives
· Working with HRIS systems such as Workday
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field (preferred)
