<p style="line-height: 1.2;">&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Legend Biotech is seeking a <strong>HR / Employee Communications Consultant </strong>as part of the <strong>Human Resources </strong>team based in <strong>Somerset, NJ</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a strategic communications professional to lead and deliver impactful HR and employee communications.&nbsp;This role sits within HR and will work closely with Corporate Communications, to ensure alignment of employee-facing messaging with corporate brand, EVP, and global brand identity.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement HR-driven communications strategies (benefits, rewards, talent programs, DE&amp;I, culture, engagement, employee lifecycle).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and manage internal content (newsletters, intranet, emails, leadership comms, presentations, town-halls, EVP materials).&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advise HR and leadership on messaging, tone, timing, channels; act as communications consultant to HR stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Corporate Communications, Legal/Compliance, Creative/Vendor teams to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in all communications.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead cross-functional projects: develop timeline, deliverables, stakeholder mapping; manage vendors or internal resources; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor, track and report on communications effectiveness (engagement analytics, feedback, surveys) and evolve strategy accordingly.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">For senior level: define global HR communications strategy and oversee team and/or agency resources.&nbsp;</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="col-xs-12 no-horiz-padding"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred for senior level).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">[~5–7] years of experience (Manager) or [~8–12+] years (Associate Director) in internal/HR/corporate communications, preferably in a biopharma, healthcare, or regulated environment.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent writing, storytelling, editing, and content-creation skills (with ability to distill complex HR/policy content for broad employee audiences).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong stakeholder management, influencing, cross-functional collaboration ability (HR, Comms, Legal, Business leaders).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Project and program management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with employee comms channels / platforms (intranet, internal social, email, intranet CMS/portal) and vendor/agency management.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">(Preferred) Experience with employer branding / EVP communications / global workforce communications / DE&amp;I communications.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">(Preferred) Familiarity with compliance/regulatory requirements typical for biotech/pharma.&nbsp;</span></li>
