<p style="text-align:left">Job Description</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Lead and manage all activities related to the human resources area within the organization. It plays a strategic role in defining and implementing HR policies that support the company&#39;s business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.</p><p></p><p><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>- Create and implement human resources strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.</p><p>- Manage talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and career plans, to ensure the continuous growth of employees and prepare future leaders.</p><p>- Lead talent discussion and manage succession plans to ensure business continuity.</p><p>- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits policies, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent.</p><p>- Ensure that all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.</p><p>- Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture by developing initiatives that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.</p><p>- Lead employee wellness and engagement initiatives, including mental health programs, work-life balance, and onboarding activities.</p><p>- Lead the implementation of performance appraisal systems and processes and provide ongoing feedback for employee development.</p><p>- Manage relations with unions and resolve labor disputes effectively.</p><p>- Lead the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with the company&#39;s strategy.</p><p>- Work together with specialist areas of Human Resources (talent attraction, training and development, compensation and benefits) to ensure that the company has the necessary talent to achieve its goals.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b><b>QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION</b></p><p>- Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related field.</p><p>- MBA or Master&#39;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field is highly desirable.</p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS - SPECIFIC SKILLS</b></p><p>- Ability to lead and motivate teams.</p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>- Ability to negotiate with unions and resolve conflicts.</p><p>- Competence in data analysis to make decisions based on informed data.</p><p>- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.</p><p>- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p><p></p><p><b>EXPERIENCES</b></p><p>- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.</p><p>- Experience in different sectors can be a differential.</p><p>- Proven experience in change management and organizational development.</p><p></p><p><b>LANGUAGES</b></p><p>- Fluent English</p><p>- Spanish desirable</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Secondary Job Description</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Who We Are: </b></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
