<h1><span style="font-size:18px;">Purpose of Job</span></h1><strong> </strong><br>The HR Business Partner’s scope of role encompasses a broad range of HR Operational activities and contributes towards site HR policies, processes, as well as company-wide projects. Responsibilities include:<br> <br><ul><li>The efficient delivery of day-to-day activities across the Ireland HR Function.</li><li>Acts as a point of contact for Ireland HR Operational areas, including payroll, recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, vendor relationships and delivering key HR Activities within the HR Cycle.</li><li>Provides HR-related guidance and advice to line managers. </li><li>Supports Interim HR Director, Ireland with ad hoc projects or activities.</li><li>Supports organisational culture acting as a key partner for employee wellbeing, sits on the Health & Wellbeing and Events Committee.</li><li>Line manager to HR Administrator based in Ireland office.</li></ul>
