By applying key People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) concepts, policies, and processes, the role coaches and advises leaders to translate business needs into effective people solutions. The position collaborates closely with other P&amp;C chapters to implement solutions, supports workforce planning and organizational effectiveness discussions, and leverages data and technology to generate insights. This role is a trusted member of the Business Partner Chapter and closely integrated into the PSS organization.</p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Strategic P&amp;C Partnership:</b> Provide guidance to leaders on key P&amp;C priorities, including succession, performance, leadership development, compensation, and organizational design, translating business priorities into practical people solutions.</p></li><li><p><b>Workforce Strategy &amp; Organizational Effectiveness:</b> Partner with leaders to assess organizational capabilities, support workforce planning, and advise on organizational design to ensure the right structures and talent capabilities enable business objectives.</p></li><li><p><b>Leadership Advisory &amp; Change Enablement:</b> Act as a trusted advisor on talent management, organizational transformation, wellbeing, and employee relations while supporting leaders through change and strengthening leadership capability.</p></li><li><p><b>Collaboration &amp; Ecosystem Connectivity:</b> Work closely with P&amp;C Chapters such as PSS, People Relations, and Business Partners to co-create solutions and ensure smooth navigation across processes, systems, and global networks.</p></li><li><p><b>Data-Driven Insights:</b> Leverage P&amp;C and business metrics to identify trends, anticipate organizational needs, and recommend innovative, principle-based solutions that strengthen culture and performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Experienced P&amp;C Business Partner:</b> Proven People &amp; Culture professional with strong HR Business Partner capabilities and experience translating business strategy into effective people strategies in global and complex environments.</p></li><li><p><b>Strong Business Acumen:</b> Able to understand business priorities and partner with leaders to shape workforce strategies, organizational effectiveness, and talent pipelines.</p></li><li><p><b>Influence &amp; Advisory Skills:</b> Trusted advisor with strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills, capable of diagnosing organizational needs and influencing leaders to implement pragmatic solutions.</p></li><li><p><b>Analytical &amp; Technology Mindset:</b> Comfortable using data, insights, and technology to analyze complex situations and design innovative and compliant people solutions.</p></li><li><p><b>Languages &amp; Regional Knowledge:</b> Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
