<div><div><p><b><span>Main Responsibilities:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b><span>HR Data, reporting and system support</span></b><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span>Collect, analyze and provide<span> </span></span><span>tailor made</span><span><span> </span>reports for responsible BU including Org. chart, HC, turnover etc.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Guide business managers to input data into Workday in a<span> </span></span><span>precisely</span><span><span> </span>manner, and<span> </span></span><span>answer to</span><span><span> </span>system related questions raised by business managers</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Verify the data in system on a regular basis, make<span> </span></span><span>correction</span><span><span> </span>in a timely manner as required</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Be responsible for exit interviews and analysis</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Monthly turnover report and ad hoc reports as requested</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b><span>Support internal people movement and employee relations</span></b><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span>Support the internal promotion/transfer process such as<span> </span></span><span>cooperate</span><span><span> </span>with GBS and online services,<span> </span></span><span>provide</span><span><span> </span>and<span> </span></span><span>explain</span><span><span> </span>standard procedure/policy to managers and colleagues etc.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Support HRCF<span> </span></span><span>manager</span><span><span> </span>and business managers in dealing with employee relations issues including documents preparation, progress tracking etc.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Support on compliance remediation implementation and tracking the progress</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b><span>Support HRCF manager in implementing HR programs</span></b><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span>Support the program communication and track the completion rate, including<span> </span></span><span>performance management, compensation planning, talent development</span><span><span> </span>as well as local initiated programs</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Answer program process related inquiries raised by business managers</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Provide progress report and analysis on the program as required</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b><span>Support HRCF Manager in coordinating activities</span></b><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span>HRCF team meeting coordination and action plan follow up</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Assist in logistics for HR related<span> </span></span><span>trainings</span><span>, meetings or other activities with BU and follow the post-training/meeting action and evaluation</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Assist in PPT preparation and translation as requested</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b><span>Be familiar with HR related procedure and HR all function’s responsibilities and assist business managers &amp;
