DESCRIPTION:
Join our HR Shared Services team, where you'll contribute to delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle (Onboarding to Separation). As an HR Analyst I, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems, you'll handle employee documents, employee inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with 1-2 years' experience in HR shared services
• Preferred Fields of Study: HR, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant professional HR certifications advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and case management systems preferred (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment regulations
• Professional fluency in English required
• Additional language skills advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
• Professional demeanor and adaptability
