As multiple access projects across preventive vaccines and therapeutic areas progress in parallel, the importance of more sophisticated strategic approaches has increased, taking into account diverse stakeholders such as municipalities, medical associations, assemblies, and government bodies.
In addition, there is a growing need to develop mid- to long-term market access strategies aligned with the portfolio in each disease area. This requires strengthening capabilities beyond traditional policy navigation and stakeholder engagement, including structured problem analysis and strategic planning.
While the current Healthcare Policy Planning Department function has strong capabilities in policy execution and stakeholder engagement, there are opportunities to further enhance areas such as systematic analysis of regional market access environments, root cause analysis, strategy development based on insights, and structured agile ways of working.
This role is established to address these needs by contributing to the development and execution of access strategies in assigned areas, as well as supporting improvements in execution infrastructure (processes, operations, and systems), thereby strengthening overall HPP execution capabilities.
[Job Purpose]
Under the direction and guidance of senior leadership, this role is responsible for structurally analyzing access challenges in assigned areas, translating them into actionable strategies, and driving execution and continuous improvement by engaging internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, this role supports decision-making processes through structured insights and high-quality materials, leads the development and execution of initiatives and materials across disease areas, and contributes to improving execution infrastructure (processes, operations, systems), thereby bridging strategy and field execution.
This role is also expected to operate effectively in a global environment and contribute to discussions with global stakeholders as needed.
